Job Title: Barista — New Location Opening

We are a 7-year-old, community-rooted café and retail business opening a brand new location. We are looking for passionate, people-first baristas to join our growing team and help us deliver the exceptional experience our customers know and love.

What you’ll do

•       Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to a high standard
•       Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door
•       Support retail sales by being knowledgeable about our products (including our freezer offerings)
•       Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
•       Collaborate with the team to hit daily and weekly sales targets 

What we’re looking for

•       Experience in a café or food & beverage environment (preferred but not required)
•       Genuine love for people and hospitality
•       Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
•       Enthusiasm for our brand, products, and community
