We began this endeavor as a family, wanting our son to be able to spend regular time with his amazing, adventurous, vibrant grandmother. Their growing bond often feels like a microcosm of what the bigger picture for Café 15 is: the power of food to bring people together. It’s something we all need right now, and it continues to motivate us every day.
Since beginning our journey with Café 15, our family has welcomed another member. The addition of our daughter makes us a family of five, and we often talk about the serendipity of the 1 and the 5: we often say, “Somos cinco, pero somos uno”—we are five, but we are one.
Café 15 has become an extension of our family’s table—it’s now a collective table for our community. We can’t wait to welcome you to the family, and to share our love of good food with you.
