Café Operator (part-time, 20-30 hours per week)

For the past seven years, Café 15 has been working to make scratch-made, nourishing food more accessible to our community. We believe eating well shouldn't be reserved for people with extra time, money, or energy—it should be part of everyday life.

As we enter our next chapter, we're continuing to build systems and bring our food into new spaces where people work, move, gather, and build healthier lives together. What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to a high standard as well as serve food

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door

• Support retail sales by being knowledgeable about our products (including our freezer offerings)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Collaborate with the team to hit daily and weekly sales targets 

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a café or food & beverage environment (required)

• Genuine love for people and hospitality

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• Enthusiasm for our brand, products, and community 

• Strong communication and positive attitude
