Café Operator (part-time, 20-30 hours per week)
For the past seven years, Café 15 has been serving scratch-made food rooted in nourishment, hospitality, and community. We're entering an exciting new chapter, expanding into wellness-focused spaces that bring together great food, movement, and connection. What you’ll do
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to a high standard as well as serve food
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door
Support retail sales by being knowledgeable about our products (including our freezer offerings)
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Collaborate with the team to hit daily and weekly sales targets
What we’re looking for
Experience in a café or food & beverage environment (required)
Genuine love for people and hospitality
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Enthusiasm for our brand, products, and community
Strong communication and positive attitude
