If you’ve ordered from us before, you already know what we’re about: a real meal, made from scratch, without anyone having to earn it or feel bad about needing it. That hasn’t changed, it’s the whole reason Café 15 exists.

You may already know Kinse as our meal-subscription line: the weekly meals, the pregnancy and postpartum boxes, the food we make for people at some of the most demanding moments of their lives. That name was never an accident. It was always meant to carry more than a menu could hold.

Starting August 1st, Kinse is stepping forward. We’re opening a second home inside Bay Padel’s space on Treasure Island, a beautifully converted historic aircraft hangar, right down to the soaring windows and steel trusses. It’s the next chapter of something we’ve believed since day one: that good food should meet people wherever they’re already showing up for themselves. Whether that’s at their desk, at home with a new baby, or courtside between matches.

Café 15 isn’t going anywhere. But Kinse is becoming the name for everything we build from here forward: our cafes, our corporate catering, our meal subscriptions, and whatever comes next and all under one simple idea: better access, and better living. We wanted you to hear it from us first.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

Is Café 15 closing? The name will go away though it will forever be a foundational piece of what we’ve learned and built. The Café 15 location you know stays open through this whole transition and will be refreshed under Kinse. Minor upgrades with a larger purpose.

Will the food change? No. Same recipes, same ingredients, same care and flavor comes first, always has.

What happens to my catering order or meal plan? Nothing changes. Orders, catering bookings, and Kinse meal subscriptions all keep running exactly like they do today. No action needed on your end.

Where do I go to order right now? Order through Café 15 and Kinse the same way you always have: that’s not changing. Our new home, kinse.co, is coming soon with the full story of the Bay Padel location and, in time, ordering from there too. We’ll let you know the moment that’s ready.

Why is Kinse becoming the bigger name? Because Kinse was never just a subscription line or a single cafe — it’s becoming the umbrella for everything we do: our cafes, our corporate catering, our meal subscriptions, and the food solutions we haven’t built yet. One name, one mission: better access, and better living. The name isn’t new. What it’s carrying forward is bigger than what came before it.
