What's Actually in Your Food
Most food brands say "quality ingredients." We'd rather just show you what that means — and be honest about why it matters.
Scratch-Made Foundations
Our aioli, pesto, salsa verde, pickles, salad dressings, and spice blends are made from scratch in our kitchen — not poured from a commercial container. That includes the spice blend Brian's mother used for arroz con gandules, which we spent months getting right. It's what people taste first.
Fresh & Seasonal
A lot of our weekly menu decisions happen at the local farmers market. We build around what's ripe, what's local, and what's growing close to home, not what's cheapest to ship.
No Seed Oils — Ever
Canola, soybean, vegetable oil — you'll find them in nearly every restaurant kitchen. You won't find them in ours. We cook with olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. Full stop.
Halal Chicken
All of our chicken is halal — certified handling, intentional sourcing, and a commitment to the communities we serve. More people at our table, no compromise.

Vegan, omnivore, grain-free, special restrictions — we've built the menu to flex without forcing a compromise. One office, one family, one event: everyone eats well. That's not an accommodation. That's the whole point of Café Fifteen.
